Can we control the adverts that display on our website?
Unless they are offensive or potentially libellous then, no.

There is an advert that we feel is inappropriate or offensive on our website
You should log your concern with both TLC direct and the TLC Usergroup

By telling the TLC Usergroup it helps us build a picture of where Users concerns most lie so that, in the event of an advert being acceptable to TLC yet there appears to be a bone fide reason why parish communities believe it to be unacceptable, we can then take it up with TLC on behalf of the user community.

An organisation is using its free space to advertise a commercial company
TLC does not condone this practice and encourages all instances of this to be reported to them. The Parish Administrator should however in the first instance contact the organisation in question to ask for its removal.

How does TLC's 'Cashback' scheme work?
TLC has committed to returning 10% of the revenue it earns back to the parish communities that have carried the advertisements generating the revenue.
